Although the performance of NVIDIA’s new generation GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card is very powerful this time, up to 4 times higher than the previous generation (DLSS On), its size has also become quite exaggerated. We have previously reported on a top-notch AORUS GeForce RTX® 4090 MASTER 24G Super Huge, can accommodate 4 Mini-ITX size graphics cards. In fact, other RTX 4090s are no exception. When many people see that this graphics card is so big, they will definitely worry about whether it will be too heavy and sag after long-term use, causing damage to other hardware. Recently, a Chinese manufacturer has launched a quite special solution, adding a level above the graphics card.

Chinese manufacturer launches RTX 4090 graphics card with built-in level to avoid sagging that may occur due to excessive weight
Recently, a new 51RISC graphics card manufacturer in China has listed a graphics card model called “51RISC GeForce RTX 4090 24GB Gamer” on AliExpress. The size of this graphics card is 351x145x63mm. Although it is smaller than the AORUS GeForce RTX® 4090 MASTER 24G, it is still huge:

It uses a non-public version of the cooling system, with three cooling fans, a standard 3-slot design, and the clock speed is the same as the public version. There is no one-click overclocking button. Overall, it does not have much features, but there is a unique solution:

After such a huge graphics card is installed on the motherboard, many users may worry that over time, the graphics card may slowly sag due to being too heavy, resulting in possible damage to the motherboard and chassis. To this end, please look at the lower left corner of the picture below. 51RISC thought of adding a level to the top of the graphics card. When sagging occurs, you can tell directly by looking at the level, which can immediately remind the user:

However, one thing that is strange is that this model has a level but does not come with a graphics card bracket. On the contrary, I think it is more dangerous without the graphics card bracket. Without support, it is more likely to sag. It may also be because of this reason that 51RISC added a level design (?). In any case, people who will buy this graphics card may also have other graphics card brackets that they like better and are not that concerned about it.
As for the price, I don’t know if it is so expensive because of the extra level, or for other reasons. The price is about NT$80,000, which is NT$15,000~30,000 higher than other well-known brands. I can only say that it is courageous. Only players who are interested in this level will buy it. For the same money, I would recommend buying other brands:

NVIDIA has launched RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 12GB and 16GB in previous RTX 40 series launches. However, it seems that the performance difference between 12GB and 16GB is too big, which may affect the subsequent RTX 4070.Recently, NVIDIA suddenly announced the cancellation of the RTX 4080 12GB version., meaning only RTX 4080 16GB remains:

The sale date of RTX 4080 16GB has also been confirmed, and it is expected to be available to gamers everywhere on November 16.
