They tried it themselves and found that by uploading a photo of themselves and entering “draw me in Powerpuff Girls style,” ChatGPT would convert the person in the photo into Powerpuff Girls style:

I tested it myself and found that it really works—just upload a photo and enter something like “draw me in the style of the Powerpuff Girls.” Before generating images, keep in mind that regular users have a daily limit on ChatGPT image generation, with only two free generations per day, while ChatGPT Plus users can generate unlimited images. If you’re a regular user, I’d recommend choosing photos where the person is larger in the frame and the facial features are clear, as this will produce better results.
