MiniTool ShadowMaker has a free version, but it has some limitations. Currently, the professional version of MiniTool ShadowMaker Pro is free for a limited time. You can download it and try it out. Go to the official designated event webpage to see the limited-time free for half a year (the event webpage URL is at the end of the article).
Scroll down to Step 1. When you see the “HERE” link, click to download.
After scrolling to Step 2., expand the License code and you will see the half-year serial number. Please note it down.
After downloading, you will see an executable file. In the Windows 10/11 environment, a window for using this account will appear when executing. This is because a security warning window of “User Account Control” will appear due to security issues. Mainly when the user performs some actions that will affect the system, a confirmation screen will often appear, so click [Yes] to continue (if you want to remove this warning, please refer to “How to turn off User Account Control (UAC) in Windows 11″article).
The entire installation interface is very simple and easy to operate. You can complete the installation with just one mouse click without any barriers.
There is no Chinese interface, so people with some basic knowledge of computers should not be a problem.
MiniTool ShadowMaker can regularly back up local disks, files, folders, and file synchronization. If disk partitions or full machine backup are used, it is recommended that two hard drives or USB external drives are more suitable for operation.
It also has hard disk copy and PXE functions, and can create WinPE boot media.
