“Mobile phone battery is not enough” is probably a common nightmare for all smartphone users. While most manufacturers are still struggling in the battery capacity range of 5,000 to 6,000mAh, vivo’s e-sports sub-brand iQOO has directly lifted the ceiling. On June 12, iQOO officially released the Z11 in Taiwan, equipped with Taiwan’s first 9,020mAh ultra-large capacity Blue Ocean battery, with a recommended price of 16,999 yuan and will be available from now on.

How is the fourth generation silicon anode + semi-solid battery technology inserted?
How exaggerated is this number? Currently, the battery capacity of mainstream flagship phones on the market is mostly between 5,000 and 6,000mAh, and even models that focus on battery life rarely exceed 7,000mAh. The iQOO Z11 jumps directly to 9,020mAh, which is nearly half more power than most phones, but the body is only 8.25mm thick and does not become a “brick” because of the large battery.
Packing a 9,020mAh battery into an 8.25mm body relies on generational upgrades in battery technology. iQOO Z11 uses fourth-generation silicon anode battery technology. The theoretical energy density of silicon is much higher than that of traditional graphite anodes, and it can store more power in the same volume. At the same time, the second-generation semi-solid blue ocean battery technology was introduced to improve the instability problem of liquid electrolyte at extreme temperatures.

Officials say that the battery can maintain stable discharge even in low temperature environments of minus 20°C. In addition, through battery structure optimization and intelligent charging management, the battery life is designed to withstand up to 5 years of daily use without significant degradation. For heavy users, this means that they don’t need to carry a power bank with them from morning to night or even across the day.
90W flash charging + bypass charging 2.0, charging while playing without getting hot
Another problem with large batteries is charging time. iQOO Z11 supports 90W ultra-fast flash charging with global bypass charging 2.0 technology. The principle of bypass charging is to allow the charger to directly supply power to the motherboard, bypassing the battery, thus reducing heat generation during charging. When you enable this mode while playing games, the temperature of the phone can be effectively reduced, and the battery will not accelerate aging due to repeated charging and discharging.
In terms of heat dissipation, iQOO Z11 is equipped with a 7,000mm² large-area VC vapor chamber, which completely covers the core heating area of the fuselage. This area is of high specification among mobile phones in the same price range, and is enough to meet the heat dissipation needs in long-term and high-load gaming scenarios.
IP68+IP69 double waterproof, not only waterproof for daily life
The waterproof rating of most mobile phones remains at IP68 (can be submerged in 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes), and iQOO Z11 has additionally passed IP69 certification. The IP69 rating means that the phone can withstand high-pressure and high-temperature water jets, which was originally the protection standard for industrial equipment. For users who need to work for a long time in rainy days, construction sites or outdoor environments, this specification provides a higher level of peace of mind.
Snapdragon 7s Gen 4+Monster super-core engine, mid-range performance is not mediocre
The core processor uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, which is positioned at mid-to-high-end, but with iQOO’s tuning, it shows performance that exceeds its peers. The built-in exclusive “Monster Super Core Engine” optimizes frame rate calculations for game scenes, with the goal of high speed without dropping frames. Paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage space, it can handle multitasking and large-scale games with ease.
The screen is a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel that supports a 144Hz refresh rate and a local peak brightness of up to 5,000nits. Even under direct sunlight outdoors, the content of the picture is still clearly legible. In terms of eye protection, it has 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and full-brightness DC dimming technology to reduce the burden on the eyes caused by screen flickering during long-term use.
50-megapixel OIS main lens, sufficient for daily shooting
In terms of imaging, the iQOO Z11 rear dual-lens combination includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 main lens, which supports OIS optical anti-shake and up to 10x digital zoom, and is also equipped with a 2-megapixel depth-of-field lens. Although photography is not the main selling point, the Sony IMX882 sensor is a mature and stable solution for mid-range mobile phones, and it is more than enough for daily recording and social sharing.

OriginOS 6 is interconnected across ecosystems, and Android can also transfer files to iPhone
The system is equipped with vivo’s OriginOS 6. The “One Touch Transfer” function breaks the file transfer barrier between Android and iOS, allowing iQOO Z11 to directly transfer files to iPhone, Mac, iPad and other Apple devices. “vivo Office Suite” further realizes seamless connection across vehicles to meet diverse office needs. In addition, the system has a built-in independent “private space” that is completely isolated from the main system environment and is suitable for users who need to distinguish personal and business information.
iQOO Buds Pro debuted at the same venue and will debut in July
At the press conference, iQOO also previewed the new Bluetooth headset iQOO Buds Pro, which uses Bluetooth 6.1 technology, supports 42ms low-latency game mode, has a total battery life of 55 hours, and has an IP54 dustproof and waterproof rating. Equipped with DeepX 4.0 stereo sound technology and built-in AI smart call noise reduction function, it supports multi-point connection and can be paired with mobile phones, tablets and computers at the same time. The new “Edge Yellow” color model has a recommended price of NT$1,990 and is expected to be sold at vivo’s official experience stores across Taiwan from July 1.
